7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange period from the date of delivery.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order at support@inventas.in with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

The product must be unused and, where applicable, returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the eligible replacement, exchange, or refund.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
